This website is operated by Premium Jobs PLC (“Premium Jobs”, “we”, “us”), a personnel management company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and a sister company of Ethiojobs. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.

Information you give us. When you send a consultation request through our contact form, we collect:

• your full name and the name of your organisation;
• your work email address and phone number;
• the service you are interested in;
• any message you choose to include; and
• your confirmation that you agree to this policy.

If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we keep the details you share in that conversation.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the website secure and working, not to identify you.

No tracking. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. The only cookies or browser storage we use are those needed for our own staff to sign in to the website’s admin area.

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your consultation request and answer your questions;
• prepare a proposal and discuss our services with you;
• keep a record of our communication with you; and
• keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We use your details on the basis of your consent and to take the steps you ask for before entering into an agreement with us. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we never sell your personal information.

We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:

• Service providers who help us run this website, including our web hosting provider (Hostinger) and our database provider (Supabase). They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
• Ethiojobs, our sister company, only where your request also involves recruitment and you have asked us to involve them.
• Authorities, where we are required to do so by Ethiopian law or a lawful request.

Our hosting and database providers may store data on servers located outside Ethiopia. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply recognised security standards, and we protect your information as described in this policy.

We keep consultation requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and in any case for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client information is then kept for the period set out in our service agreement and as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We treat personal information as confidential. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their work, our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and our admin area is protected by individual logins. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

When we provide personnel, payroll, benefits, training, logistics or insurance services, we handle the personal information of our clients’ employees on our clients’ behalf. That information is governed by the confidentiality and data protection terms of our service agreement with each client, rather than by this website policy.

Subject to applicable Ethiopian law, including the law on personal data protection, you may ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold personal information about you and give you a copy of it;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information where we no longer have a reason to keep it; and
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
